Justin Kosman is a kick ass action sports photographer and one hell of a nice guy! This is the third (and by far the best) time I have put together a site for him to showcase his amazing photography. I am really proud of this interface and I feel for once I actually designed a site that truly compliments my buddy’s work. This was a really fun site to design/code. This site is a casserole of awesome composed of leather, clean typography, accessible markup, dynamic image rotation and Expression Engine. Check this sucker out at justinkosman.com

I designed this shirt for Brettage in support of his PostMaster 2.0 release. I advise you to support his open source efforts and buy a friggin shirt, Jack! I mean, Please. Sorry.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say Steve Ballmer is not my dad, nor is he related to me in any way. I’m a single ‘L’ Balmer kinda guy and the next time one of you makes a Steve Ballmer/Microsoft/Dad joke towards me, I will assault you with a car antennae. You have been warned!

This was a beast of a little side project! Some friends and I started Relentless Clothing back in ‘02. I just finished the site redesign this morning. Many a night and weekend went into designing the entire new line for Q1 of 2008, building the new site from scratch and restructuring the company and about a million other things. Be sure to check this site out often. Relentless is my baby and we have a ton of really cool things planned for this sucker.

Now go there and buy something ; )

My buddy Brian Warren and his lovely wife Anna recently had a beautiful little girl. When I saw this great photo of little Bridget Warren, I couldn’t resist illustrating it. You can keep up with this little cutie at her personal site, BridgetWarren.com. How cool is it to have an awesome web designer as a dad!

Think Tank Tattoo Website

The fine gents over at Th’ink Tank were not happy with their current site and wanted a new design that better suited the style of their studio, as well as a content management system so they could have complete control over their content. So they came to myself and fellow Denver designer, Cristian Whitney, to see if we could help them out. Cristian took sketches from all of the artists at Think Tank and designed a bitchin’ UI out of their artwork. I took Cristian’s designs and assembled them with some lean XHTML, CSS and used Expression Engine to keep it all in order.

I’m really excited I had the opportunity to work on this site, it was the most fun I’ve had designing/coding in awhile! If you’re in the area and in need of some wicked Taz tattoos, be sure to drop by Th’ink Tank and ask for Rosey. You can check the site here!

After many months of only displaying a simple splash page with a contact form, I finally found the time to put together the corporate site for Kick Start Mobile. KSM is a mobile software development company that myself and a few other colleagues started up earlier this summer. I’m really excited to have finally gotten this site up, we have lots of interesting things going on at camp KSM so be sure to grab a feed and check it out!

My buddy Leyba is all kinds of silly when it comes to making beats and taking snaps. I designed this WordPress theme for him so he could blog about shooting for TWMX, Hip Hop and pretty much everthing else he does. I feel bad because I never have enough time in the day and there’s still lots left to do with this project. One fine day I may just finish the audio section of his site and all will be glorious. Check out Ryan Leyba’s work at http://www.iggychop.com
